21CIBDC is a key subsidiary of the Aust-China Group (ACG) which was established in Melbourne Australia in 1988. Today the ACG is Recognized by both Australian and Chinese Governments and private sectors , as a bridge for commercial and cultural exchange between Australia and the People’s Republic of China.
